Falafel is huge in Amsterdam. The dude just handed me my pita full of falafel balls and I put all the salad and sauce I wanted. I like to go sauce, salad, sauce, tomatoes, sauce. Sauce being the key ingredient. They had tahini…but I went w/ the yogurt sauce. Mmmmmm…..
